Yes. We agree with you on a minimum rate upfront — we never go below it. From there, our smart pricing technology adjusts prices above that floor to maximise your revenue across the year, so you stay in control and earn more.
Absolutely, at no extra cost. Just block the dates in your personal area on the platform. We only ask that you keep as many dates open as possible to protect your occupancy. An extra cleaning between your stay and the next guest is on you.
Guest invoicing is legally yours, but we offer an optional service that issues and sends invoices in your name within 24 hours of payment. For the tourist tax, we calculate the amount due and prepare the payment slips — you just settle the payment with the municipality.
It depends on timing. If they cancel inside the free cancellation window, you pay no commission. Outside that window, the cancellation fee charged to the guest covers our commission — so you're still compensated.
Your Local Accommodation (AL) registration, civil liability and multi-risk home insurance and legal licences are your responsibility. If it feels overwhelming, we have an optional AL registration assistance service — full support from documentation to final approval.
