These terms govern your access to and use of the mystay.co website and the services provided by MyStay. By using our site or contracting our services, you accept the terms below.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing mystay.co or using any service provided by MyStay, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use the site nor contract our services.
2. About MyStay
MyStay is a Portuguese company specialised in short-term rental (Local Accommodation) management, providing pricing, distribution, operations, guest support and technology services to property owners and managers.
3. Services we provide
Our services include, among others:
- Rate management and revenue optimisation.
- Distribution across platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo.
- Guest support before, during and after the stay.
- Optional add-ons: invoicing on behalf of the accommodation, online check-in, smart lock integration, AL registration support, tourist tax management.
- Free calculators and tools available on the site.
4. User account
To use some of our services you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and safeguarding your credentials. Any activity carried out with your credentials is your responsibility.
5. Your obligations
- Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information.
- Use the site and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the site, or use automated mechanisms for data extraction.
- Make sure any property placed under our management complies with the legal requirements for Local Accommodation.
6. Management services
MyStay's management services are governed by a specific contract between the parties, setting out duties, commissions, payment and cancellation terms. In case of discrepancy between these terms and the specific contract, the specific contract prevails.
7. Prices and payments
The fees for MyStay's services are described in the contract or proposal provided to you. Booking payouts are processed through our payment provider (Stripe) and transferred to the accommodation within 72 hours of check-out, as per the contract.
8. Intellectual property
All content made available on the site — including text, images, logos, code, design and software — is owned by MyStay or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
MyStay uses its best efforts to ensure the availability and quality of the site and services, but cannot guarantee that they will always be free from interruptions or errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyStay is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from use of the site or services.
10. Links to third-party websites
Our site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, booking platforms or payment processors). MyStay is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; we recommend that you review their terms and policies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect legal changes or service improvements. The version in force is always available on this page, with the date of the last update. Material changes will be communicated to active customers with reasonable notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the site or the provision of the services, the parties elect the courts of Porto, Portugal, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
